VG-10 67-LAYER DAMASCUS STEEL, HRC 62+

VG-10 is high carbon stainless steel made in Japan. High amounts of carbon and other hard metals are used to make the steel. The steel is then forged together with more layers of steel, a total of 67. The result is a steel that is incredibly hard which makes for a sharp blade that holds its edge for a long time.
